Laser etched and cut from two-ply plastic with a metallic brushed aluminum appearance, along with metallic brushed gold accents.
All badges will include a 3-magnet badge fastener on the back, which we hope will decrease the likeliness of your badge falling off and getting lost or damaged.

Members who are ordering the STARFLEET Name Badge need to provide the following ordering information.
1.YourNamemust consist of AT LEAST your real FULL FIRST & LAST NAME, unless your name is legally a single name.
2.YourTitle or Positionon yourChapter. If you hold a Fleet Staff role (including RCs), we can add a 3rd line under your name for this, example below: Fleet Role Chapter Role Chapter Name, Region ##
3.Name of yourChapter & Regionyour chapter is based in. Note: We do not require your Chapters NX/NCC number.
4.YourCharacter Name(if you go by an alien name), or aNick Name. Note: Profane/Obscene names will not be allowed and will delay processing of your badge.
5.YourSTARFLEET SCCnumber, which we will verify is active or not. Note: We will not allow these badges to be purchased by expired or non-SFI members and your payment will be refunded.
